I've always been drawn to the arts, and believe that art facilitates connection, healing, learning, and amusement for all. I am excited about creating more opportunities for people to access art events and programming. I am thrilled to be part of this group of wacky and wonderful people who have big dreams and are ready to serve this community.

As an expressive art facilitator, music student, writer, maker and boundless creator, I know the incredible benefits of the arts - for the individual and society. I am so enthusiastic and optimistic about promoting a new profile for the arts in this area. We have a strong and passionate team to help make it happen and I can’t wait to see how we engage and grow with our community.

I consider myself to be a passionate creative, one that refuses to conform to normative thinking and as a journalist, I’m always questioning. The arts hold such a powerful role that is crucial to the development of young and old minds alike — the opportunity to bring art and resources to our community, and beyond, is such an exciting venture.
